Products sold on AJReps are unofficial market goods — replicas of Air Jordan 4 sneakers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Nike Inc. or Jordan Brand. All Nike, Jordan, and Air Jordan trademarks belong to their respective owners. We describe goods as "reps" openly on this site and do not misrepresent them as authentic Nike product.

Ordering

Orders are placed via WhatsApp. Your first message is not an order — an order is only placed after we confirm receipt of your payment. Prices quoted on WhatsApp are valid for 48 hours; after that, we re-quote based on current stock and factory pricing.

Payment

We accept crypto (BTC/USDT), Western Union, MoneyGram, bank wire, and PayPal Friends & Family. Payment is non-refundable once the pair enters QC. If you cancel before QC starts, we refund 90% (10% covers our stocking fee).

QC and shipping

Every pair gets QC photos and video before shipping. You have 48 hours to approve or request a swap. If we hear nothing, we ship. Shipping is DHL/UPS/FedEx door-to-door with tracking. Delivery estimates in our shipping page are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays are outside our control.

Refunds and replacements

• Pair doesn't match approved QC photos → free replacement
• Damage in transit → carrier claim (we help you file)
• Wrong size shipped (our error) → free replacement + return label
• Wrong size ordered (buyer error) → paid replacement at cost
• Pair lost in transit (carrier confirms) → free reship or refund
• Buyer's remorse / changed mind → no refund after QC approval

Jurisdiction

Disputes are handled directly on WhatsApp. If unresolved, applicable law is Guangzhou, People's Republic of China. Buyers agree to attempt WhatsApp resolution before pursuing any other remedy.

Buyer's responsibility

Buyers are responsible for knowing whether importing replica sneakers is legal in their country. We ship worldwide but do not warrant that customs will clear every parcel. If your country prohibits imports of unofficial sneakers, you assume the risk of ordering.
