How to order AJ4 reps — the WhatsApp 5-step flow
Five steps, all on WhatsApp: message the colorway + size, get a quote in under 6 hours, pay (crypto/WU/wire/PayPal F&F), approve QC video, ship DHL/UPS/FedEx. Total time from first message to tracking: usually 3–5 days. Delivery: 6–12 days US/EU, 8–15 days LATAM. 3+ pairs ships free.
Step 1 — Send the colorway and size
Open WhatsApp. Send us: the colorway name and your US size. That's the minimum. If you want a specific batch tier or a specific spec (like "2026 Bred spec"), include it. Photo references from IG or StockX help.

Step 2 — Get a quote in under 6 hours
We reply with a per-pair USD quote + shipping quote. If your size isn't in stock, we say so on this message — not after you pay. Typical reply time is under 30 minutes during US morning, under 6 hours off-hours.
Shipping quote depends on your country. US doorstep: usually free on 3+ pairs, ~$28–32 on singles. EU: free on 3+, ~$32–38 on singles. LATAM: ~$35–45 depending on country.
Step 3 — Pay
Preferred payment methods, in order:
- Crypto — BTC or USDT (ERC20/TRC20). Fastest confirmation, cleanest paper trail on our side.
- Western Union / MoneyGram — reliable, works globally, arrives same-day.
- Bank wire — international wire to our processor. Takes 1–2 business days to clear.
- PayPal F&F — Friends & Family only, no goods-and-services. Available for regulars.
We confirm receipt within 30 minutes of payment. Order officially placed at that point.
Step 4 — QC photos and video before we ship
Within 24–48 hours of your payment, we send you:
- 4–6 photos of the actual pair(s) from multiple angles
- A 15-second video of the pair(s) being handled — you see the shape, the finish, the box
- A close-up of the specific detail you asked about (embroidered Jumpman, midsole tone, whatever)
If the pair doesn't match spec — misaligned print, wrong midsole tone, glue on the upper — tell us. We swap the pair before shipping. This is the whole reason the QC step exists.
Step 5 — Ship, track, receive
After you approve QC, we book DHL Express (default) or UPS/FedEx (on request). Tracking arrives in your WhatsApp within 48 hours of dispatch.
Delivery timelines:
- US, Canada — 6–12 days DHL Express (air route + last mile)
- EU (Germany, France, UK, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Poland) — 6–12 days DHL Express
- UK post-Brexit — 8–13 days, occasional customs hold (rare, VAT-under-threshold shipments clear cleanly)
- Latin America (Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Argentina) — 8–15 days depending on customs
- Australia — 10–15 days DHL Express

Customs and duty
We ship as low-declared-value private parcels. VAT/duty in EU markets is usually under threshold on singles. Bulk orders (10+ pairs) get split across multiple parcels or consolidated by destination country to reduce customs risk. If a parcel gets held at customs, we assist with paperwork or issue a partial refund + reship depending on the situation.
What we won't do
- Ship without QC photos to the buyer first
- Take payment on an out-of-stock size (we say so on message #2)
- Send stock listing photos as "QC" — you get actual-pair photos or nothing
- Argue about damage-in-transit — we help you file the DHL claim

What if my size isn't in stock?
We tell you on message #2, not after payment. If the colorway/size isn't currently stocked, we'll quote an ETA — usually 5–10 days for a factory pull. No pre-payment required.

Yes. 3+ pairs ships free worldwide. 10+ pairs unlocks 8% off. 25+ unlocks 12% off. 50+ is B2B pricing with dedicated batch QC. Bulk orders often ship in 1–2 boxes to reduce customs risk.
How long does the whole process take?

What if the pair arrives damaged or wrong?
Photo the box and shoes on receipt and send us the photos on WhatsApp. Damage in transit is on DHL/UPS/FedEx — we help you file the claim. Wrong pair or defect that got past QC is on us — we replace at our cost.
